What you need:
- 1 chicken breast cubed
- 10 baby organic carrots sliced
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 stalks organic celery stalks
- 1 1/2 cups of cooked jasmine and wild rice
- 1 corn on the cob, cut the corn off
- garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- 3 Tbsp organic unsalted butter
- 4 cups of organic chicken stock
- 4 cups of water
- put chopped onion, celery stalks, and butter in pan, sautee until onions are soft (about 3 minutes)
- put the rest of the ingredients in a crock pot and turn on medium
- add the sauteed mixture in the crock pot with the rest of the ingredients
- cook on medium for 6 hours :)

as you can tell, it is yummy- we don't have much of it left! I actually put 3 servings in the freezer for my husband to take to work with him this week :)
