Smoothie ;)

Best after workout smoothie:
2 scoops of myoplex protien powder
1 banana
1 handful of almonds
1/3 Greek yogurt
1/3 2% milk

Blend and enjoy!

Made a New Soup!

I call this vegetable bean soup

-1 organic zucchini
-5 organic carrots
-2 stalks of organic celery
-1/2 organic onion
-5 organic garlic cloves
-2 TBSP chili powder
-3 TBSP oregano
-1 grilling steak
-1 can of northern beans (I canned these at home)
-1 can of kidney beans (I canned these at home)
-4 TBSP of organic salt free butter
-2 cups of chicken broth
-1 can of sodium free V8

In a pot put sliced carrots & celery, chopped onions, and butter- sautee for about 4 minutes
- add beans
-add chicken broth
-add v8 and garlic
-add chopped steak
-let simmer for about 10 minutes
-put contents of pot into a crock pot
-put crock pot on warm
-add spices
-cover cfrock pot and let cook on low for 8 hours

Then eat up!! yummy

Money Saving Tip!

Hey y 'all! There is a really good way to save money when it comes to your animals! I bathe my dog myself. I also make her LOVE having a bath. We give her treats and tell her how pretty she looks. I just buy soap from the Dollar Store, I get the most conditioning kind I can find. When Molly's skin gets irritated we put tea tree oil on her as well! <3
